Vegas Golden Bins provides trash can cleaning services intended to improve sanitation and eliminate odors. While we take great care in our cleaning process, we make no guarantees regarding the complete removal of stains, bacteria, or odors, especially in cases of long-term buildup or damage.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Vegas Golden Bins is not liable for any damage to trash bins resulting from age, manufacturer defects, prior conditions, or regular wear and tear.

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal, confidential, or sensitive items from their bins before service. We are not responsible for any loss, exposure, or misuse of such information.

  • Our services are provided "as-is" and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the condition, durability, or lifespan of the trash bins after cleaning.

  • Vegas Golden Bins is not responsible for missed or delayed services due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or lack of access to bins at the time of the scheduled visit.

Terms & Conditions 

  1. Service Agreement
    Vegas Golden Bins provides residential and commercial trash can cleaning services. By scheduling a service, you authorize us to access your property (e.g., driveway or curbside) for the purpose of cleaning your trash bins.

  2. Customer Responsibilities
    Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are empty and accessible on the day of service. Any bins not accessible or improperly placed may result in a missed cleaning, which may still be charged.

  3. Damages & Liability
    Vegas Golden Bins is not liable for any pre-existing damage to trash cans or property. While we take every precaution to handle bins carefully, we are not responsible for damage caused by wear, age, or structural flaws. We are also not liable for any personal, sensitive, or confidential information left in or on bins that may be exposed or lost during the cleaning process.

  4. Privacy & Information Security
    We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you share with us will be kept minimal, secure, and only used to provide and improve our services. Please see our full [Privacy Policy] for more details.

  5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a service charge.

  6. Payments
    All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking or upon service completion. Non-payment may result in suspension of future services.

  7. Right to Refuse Service
    Vegas Golden Bins reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
