Refund Policy

At Vegas Golden Bins, we understand that schedules can change. However, to keep our operations running smoothly, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time in order to avoid charges.

• Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged.

• If a customer fails to cancel on time or does not ensure that the bins are accessible for cleaning, no service will be provided and no refund will be issued.

By scheduling a service with Vegas Golden Bins, you acknowledge and accept this refund and cancellation policy.
